Lemon-Caper Chicken
Provided by: South Beach Diet - Online
"In minutes, you will have a completely satisfying Phase Two & Three main dish you'll make again and again. Feel free to double the recipe for a crowd (but use two skillets), or halve the recipe for an intimate dinner. Make sure to buy thinly sliced breasts - they are usually sold four to a package. If you cant find them, slice a medium-sized breast crosswise, resulting in a 1/2-inch thick piece, about 4 oz in weight. Place each piece between two sheets of plastic wrap and lightly pound to flatten to an even thickness."
Original recipe yield: 4 servings.
Servings:4 (change)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

INGREDIENTS:
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 thinly-sliced boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
Salt and pepper
4 teaspoons whole-wheat flour, divided
1 medium shallot, minced
2 tablespoons drained capers
1/2 cup reduced sodium chicken broth
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

DIRECTIONS:
Warm oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Pat chicken breasts with paper towels to thoroughly dry. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then lightly coat with flour, using about 1 tsp for each breast.
Lay chicken in skillet; cook 2 to 3 minutes, until golden brown, gently pressing down on breast to ensure equal browning. Reduce heat to medium. Turn breasts; cook 2 to 3 minutes longer, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove breasts to a serving platter.
Reduce heat to low; add shallots and capers to skillet. Cook 30 seconds, stirring. Add broth and juice, cook 1 minute, until incorporated and thickened, stirring. Stir in parsley, pour sauce over chicken. Serve immediately.

Go to your local health food store and buy chlorophyll. This is the ultimate, doesn't taste good but it purifys. Also, if you want to cleanse your liver in the morning, half a cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice with half a teaspoon of freshly squeezed or grated ginger and a tablespoon of olive oil. Another one I liked was an apple and half a beet and drink it right away. Don't add sugar, milk or yogurt to these drinks. Milk turns to solid in your stomach so when you are detoxing, it should be non starch veggies and low sugar fruits (excluding bananas).
Good luck.
References :
No it is not. Your body must burn the carbohydrates before it starts working on your fat stores. You are inhibiting the diet.
References :
Look at the ingredients.
If you're trying to lose weight, a lb is 3500 calories. If you eat an extra 3500 calories in a day, you will only gain a lb. You could span this out over a week. You burn calories too, so just remember to try and be healthy on your diet, and don't drink things that make you feel ill or are a problem, making you overweight.
References :
I worked out about 3 days a week walking the treadmill for about 30 minutes then I lifted weights just to tone my arms, I also did sit ups and played around with the leg presses after a month of this and faze1 of the South Beach I lost 20 pounds and I got to eat more food then I normally would. I had a baby a year ago so I have some pounds to shed my husband and I will be starting the diet again on Monday! Good Luck

I think you would be fine to wait until the next faze to go to the gym just make sure to stretch and do a little at home.
